- Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)
- Once we receive your information, we will review it within 2 business days and:
- Either send a replacement item or
- Process a refund to your original payment method
- If a replacement is issued, you are not required to return the original item.
Conditions
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Photos must clearly show the issue or defect
- Items must be unused except to identify the issue
- Custom or personalized items may have different policies
- Final resolution method (replacement or refund) will be at our discretion based on the specific situation
Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear

- Items altered or washed before reporting an issue
- Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
